Accomplishments

		Obtained dozens of STC's for aircraft modifications ranging from simple radio installations to complete avionics suites and new interiors. In the process I have worked with six of the FAA's Aircraft Certification Offices.
		Established an FAA repair station in a start-up facility with authorization to perform repairs and modifications throughout the country.
		Obtained numerous PMA approvals for manufacturing modification products.
		Developed Quality Systems and written Quality and Inspection manuals in both paper and on-line formats for repair stations, parts manufacturers and parts suppliers.
		Assisted client organizations in obtaining FAA Repair Station certification and in expanding the ratings of existing Repair Stations.
		Developed and implemented complete production and production support procedures for MRO organizations as well as departmental procedures for repair stations and manufacturers.
		Participated as a principal developer on management information systems implementation teams, implementing turnkey integrated production, finance, material and marketing systems.
		Performed system, quality and performance audits on various facilities.
		Participated in acquisition evaluation projects, both in the role of determining for the buyer if an intended acquisition should be completed and that of demonstrating the worth of a potential acquisition for the seller.
		Produced numerous successful proposals for projects ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to multi-year, multi-million dollar programs.
		Managed departments in Engineering, Production, Material, Purchasing, Program Management, Planning, Production Control, Publications; managed divisions comprising many of these as well as Quality Assurance and managed a complete manufacturing and repair facility.
